NexToolz ("we") runs a free collection of browser-based online tools. This policy explains what information is — and isn't — collected when you use this site. The short version: we don't collect your personal data, your files never leave your device, and we set no cookies.
No accounts, no data collection
NexToolz has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no databases of users. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal information to use the tools. There is nothing to create, nothing to log into, and nothing for us to store about you.
Your files stay in your browser
Tools such as the PDF merger, images-to-PDF converter, image compressor, resizer, converter, and passport photo maker process your files entirely on your own device using JavaScript running in your browser. Your documents and photos are never uploaded to our servers — we don't even operate a server that could receive them. This site is served as static files only.
No cookies set by us
NexToolz does not set any cookies of its own — no session cookies, no preference cookies, no tracking cookies.
Third-party services
To make the site work, a few third-party services are loaded when you visit:
- Google Fonts — delivers the Inter typeface. Google may receive your IP address as part of serving the font files.
- CDN libraries (unpkg / jsDelivr) — deliver the pdf-lib library used by the PDF tools. These CDNs may receive your IP address when the library is downloaded.
- open.er-api.com — provides the live exchange rates used by the Currency Converter. Requests go directly from your browser to this public rates API.
We have no control over these services' privacy practices; please review their respective policies if you have concerns.
Contact form
The contact page does not store or transmit anything itself: it opens your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us. Anything you send via email is handled according to your email provider's policies.
Children's privacy
NexToolz is a general-purpose toolkit not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Because we collect nothing, changes are rare — but check back if it matters to you.
