The service
NexToolz provides free, browser-based online tools — including AI writing helpers, PDF utilities, Urdu tools, photo tools, calculators, Pakistan-specific tools, and text utilities. All tools are provided free of charge, with no accounts required.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use any tool to create, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or its tools.
- Misrepresent rewritten or machine-assisted output as your own unaided work where that would be deceptive (for example, submitting rewritten text as your own in an academic or professional setting).
Rewritten text output
The AI Humanizer, Paraphrasing Tool, and Text Summarizer produce machine-rewritten text that may contain errors, inaccuracies, or awkward phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any rewritten output before relying on it. Do not treat rewritten output as factual, professional, or legal advice.
Calculators are estimates, not advice
Results from the calculators — including the Pakistan Salary Tax Calculator, Loan Calculator, and BMI Calculator — are estimates for general informational purposes only. Tax rules change; the salary tax tool is not professional tax or financial advice, and the BMI tool is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.
No warranties
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. External services the tools depend on (such as the exchange-rate API) may change or become unavailable without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexToolz and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site, including reliance on tool output. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.
